Head of creative for 10-year-old, integrated marketing and design firm. Responsibilities include leading design and concepting, client presentations, new business development, and department process development and documentation. Managing clients, budgets, and department productivity. Headed a company-wide survey of team and executives and translated that feedback into company-wide goals for 1 year plan. Key partner in global client account management. Lead role in developing an integrated community component to global life science resource firm's website, engaged users through online marketing campaigns, web 2.0 interface integration, virtual community development, and usability research and considerations.


VICE PRESIDENT for AIGA Atlanta 2006-2007, 2007-2008
Clients Include: AIGA Atlanta chapter members and potential members
Serving on Executive Board as Vice President for the Atlanta Chapter of AIGA, the professional association for design. Responsibilities included planning and management of chapter's yearly calendar of events (3-4 per month) for the 2007-2008 term. Charged with documentation and development of event budgets, committee organization, and chapter initiatives. Lead up efforts for the chapter's inaugural Atlanta Design Week (www.atlantadesignweek.com) which gained an official proclamation of recognition from the city of Atlanta as well as national recognition for the week and the Atlanta AIGA chapter at the opening of the 2007 HOW Design Conference

Head of creative at nationally recognized, award winning interactive firm. Responsibilities included department process development and documentation. Managed team to a high level of service and a company set, target percentage of productivity. Developed career planning for department employees. Provided annual performance reviews and developed plans for performance improvement and career development. Implemented creative strategies that resulted in 300% increase in company awards recognition in both national and international design competitions such as the ADDY Awards, Web Marketing Awards, and the Webby Awards. DESIGN CONSULTANT for Strategic Agenda Media 2003

Lead creative consultant on media publishing venture for a series of satirical guidebooks. Responsibilities included concepting for both Strategic Agenda Media itself and upcoming book brand. Logo, web and print design. Consulting for initial and ongoing brand marketing efforts.
