Jennifer Louis Named as "Best Female Executive" Finalist in 5th Annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business
October 2008 - Finalists in the 5th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business, an international competition recognizing the accomplishments of outstanding women executives, business owners, and the companies they run, were announced today. Jennifer Louis was named a finalist in the category of "Best Female Executive" for a service based company, her second year in a row to gain this recognition.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are produced by the creators of the prestigious American Business Awards. The Stevies are widely considered to be the worldís premier business awards.
The results of the 5th annual competition will be announced at an awards dinner at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Friday, November 14. Tickets for the event are now on sale.
More than 1,200 nominations were submitted this year for consideration in 50 categories by organizations in Argentina, Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Canada, China, India, Japan, South Africa, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the U.S.A., and Venezuela.
The Stevie Awards for Women in Business are governed by a Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors that features many leading women entrepreneurs and luminaries in business. They and their staffs will perform the final judging to determine the Stevie Award winners from among the Finalists.
